Alejandro Arturo Martínez
PhD at Princeton University
I am a scholar and teacher with a passion for Latin American poetry, documentary film, animation, and media studies, with a particular emphasis on the Southern Cone. Currently, I am a professor in the Faculty of Liberal Arts at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, my research and teaching interests revolve around the intersection of visual culture, politics, and media in Latin America. My published works have appeared in various academic journals and edited volumes, and I have presented my research at numerous international conferences and seminars.
If you are seeking a speaker or interviewee on topics related to Latin American media, culture, and society, I would be delighted to discuss these matters with you.
